We all go to salons or beauty parlors for hair styles or hair cuts, but we don’t pay attention to some very common things. Infact we just put everything to the hair stylist or hair dresser. The right way is to talk to him/her about how you want to have your hair look. Following are a few tips that can help you guide your hair dresser.
· Say: "I'd like a 15-minute consultation before we begin cutting."
· Say: "Before you cut, show me what it will look like." Don't just ask for a trim. Discuss how much should be cut, and from where.
· Say: "I want a cut that's right for me, even if it's not trendy." Avoid the 'dos of the day -- and the stylists who give them.
· Say: "I'd like a choppy, nape-length bob with long layers framing my face." In other words, don't just say you want a "bob" -- there's too much room for interpretation. Learn enough lingo to make yourself clear.
