Can you please tell me any home made remedy for curing acne associated with periods. Is there any difference in treating such acne?

hello neha....
first of let me knw wht type of acne .....dere are many types....acne vulgaris is da most common one......
acne related to periods is not different....first is the type of acne u shld knw den u can go for da treatment for it.....yes its true dat acne worsens when:
Working in a damp environment with oil, grease and other chemicals.
Stress or emotional tension.
Squeezing or picking at the pimples.
Menstrual periods.
Certain medicines and chemicals.
avoid taking pills by pills i mean da drugs used to avoid periods....dis also worsens acne
During periods u should increase da intake of water and fresh juices ...dis will purify ur blood.....and do simple exercises too...
incase u are talking about acne vulgaris den i wuld say home remedies for it is given geoamaan site.....

| thanks dear, well yes they look like any other normal acne and they disappear when my periods start but they leave marks and thats so bad. again i try to do some remedy and then again the next month they appaear again so the cycle is never ending. thanks for your reply. and yes geoamaan.com has very good home remedies for curing acne and acne marks I have tried some of them and they do work . |

den i guess u should consult a gynaecologist......if itz repeating again and again....actually dis is a natural phenomena most of da women's get it during periods coz the levels of hormones increase at dat time more....so this activates ur sebaceous glands to produce more oil which den leads to a zit....dis cant be prevented...but yes dere are oral drugs to prevent dis....but den have their side effects also.....it will decrease with time...definitely....
to prevent a scar or mark .... on da first day of da zit apply a cotton ball dipped in lemon juce mixed with equal amount of rose water and cucumber juice...incase u hav a dry skin please add honey to it....in a day u should apply it atleast four times ...it works....it dries up da zit.....without leaving a scar or mark to form.....
