| For dandruff and Hair fall here is a simple but very effective home remedy. make a misxture of a cup of curd and one egg yolk, mixx them well and apply this paste on your scalp on the roots of ur hair keep it on for an hour and wash your hair hair afterwards with any good shampoo. you will get great results, the curd will help ur dandruff problem and the egg yolk will help strengthen the hair roots and prevent them from falling. But please be very persistant and regular. |

hi,
Dandruff is a very common issue and it only needs a bit of care. In your case, please do not use any shampoo directly, i mean dilute the shampoo with water and then apply it. This will some how lessens the harshness of the shampoo. Johnson & Johnson baby shampoo, Neutrogena Anti-Residue shampoo, Clairol Herbal Essences, Finesse, Paul Mitchell are all mild and inexpensive brands so you can try any one of them. Also always use a condtioner after shampooing, Finesse Conditoner is very good. Now for Dandruff problem I have a few suggestions for you hope they will be helpful to you.
As I told you vinegar is very good for getting rid of dandruff so keep that treatment going everytime before you wash your hair.
Another home remedy is Lemons. If itchy, scaly dandruff has you scratching your head, relief may be no farther away than your refrigerator. Just massage 2 tablespoons lemon juice into your scalp and rinse with water. Then stir 1 teaspoon lemon juice into 1 cup water and rinse your hair with it. Repeat this daily until your dandruff disappears. No more itchy scalp, and your hair will smell lemon-fresh.
Oiling is another good option, so do massage your scalp twice a week with peanut oil. its very good and it will make your hair roots healthy leaving your hair strong and healthy.
Keep your towels, combs, hair brushes separate and do not use any hair stayling gels etc. |

Every one can try this on dandruff hair and hopefully it will help you all.
Soak 2 tablespoon fenugreek seeds (methi dana) in water overnight. In the morning grind into a fine paste. Apply all over scalp and leave for ½ an hour. Wash with Shikakai or mild shampoo.
Boil a handful of neem leaves in 4 teacups of water. After cooling and filtering use for rinsing hair Dehydration due to diarrhoea Soak half a nutmeg (jaiphal) in 2 cups water for over 2-3 hours. Take 1 teaspoon of this infusion and mix in 1 cup fresh coconut water.
Thanx !!!!!!!!
