Hi Hina,
well, dear, try wearing shoes which are not too tight or uncomfortable. also in summers open shoes are preferred, and they cause the damage. try to wear comfortable shoes which cover your feet properly. yes you are right that the edges of shoes rub againt your toes and makes those dark spots which look very ugly.
here i am giving you some home remedies hope they will work for you.
--Take 2 tablespoons of milk powder (whole milk powder-WHP or skimmed milk powder- SMP), add Hydrogen Peroxide enough to make a paste. Hydrogen Peroxide is usually available at the Chemist Shop (use a 20 volume strength only). To this paste, add a few drops of glycerine and apply it on the dark spots. Leave it on for about 20 minutes and then rinse it off. After rinsing, if the skin feels dry, use a moisturising lotion.
--Break a Vitamin E capsule and mix in a few drops of castor oil and apply on the effected areas. This is a very effective treatment.
These recepies can also be used for dark spots on face or anywhere on your body but please DO NOT USE IT FOR UNDER EYE CIRCLES |
