| When I was a teenager, I had acne like most other teenagers, but it disappeared as I got older. Now that I'm 42 years, old, the acne has returned. At this age, why am I reliving my teenage years, and what can I do about the acne? L.M., Denver |

well about dis ........reappearing of acne ..its common......hormonal imbalances take place ...i wuld suggest u to visit a Doctor.........

| well yes hormonal imbalance is one of the reasons for acne in older age but I think periods is another reason too. As sometimes when your periods get slightly irregular you also feel such problem. |

| Tea tree oil is great it works very well for acne and even for warts on your feet. I mix it with jojoba oil and then apply it on my face, and the results are always fantastic. |

Yes, although it’s quite rare, but acne can also re appears in old age. This may happen due to some hormonal imbalances or due to some effects of the life style you lead. You need to make your skin always clean. Don’t use any chemical based products. Use clear water 3-4 times daily to clean your face. You need to have plenty amount of green vegetables and fresh fruits. Take ample amount of rest and avoid stress and anxiety. I’ve heard Gold Turmeric Cream with 24k Gold is quite effective for acne. You may try out it. But if you see the problem persists for long then don’t hesitate to take advice from a skin expert.
