yes dear sun does most of the damage to our skin and we do not ralize it. so its very necessary to apply a good sun block before going out in the sun specially from 8 o'clock in the morning to 4 o'clock in the afternoon. _________________ I love http://www.geoamaan.com the great website which changed my life forever.......... |

Yes, in most of the cases sun damage occurs in our childhood. Although sun causes more or less damage to everyone’s skin in all ages. But researchers say that people within 20 are more prone to sun damage. So a good sunscreen lotion with SPF 30 or higher than that must be used before going outside in the morning or day time. But one should be very careful before using them. In present market so many products are available but many of them have dangerous side effects. It’s always better to go for herbal or natural products with having no side effects. Drinking plenty of water, fruit juice are must and having seasonal fruits and vegetables are also good for somehow protecting skin from sun rays. Using umbrella and sun glasses are must to protect skin and eyes from UV rays, which is dangerous and even responsible for causing skin cancer. _________________ Handsome Men |
