you could eat healthy and eat carrots which help vision. also stay away from a lot of electronical screens like TVand computers and video games or anything like that at all. wear sunglasses when in the sun so as to keep the rays of the sun away from your eys so it can't ruin your eyesight.
Always reguarlay go to an eye docter to check up on eyes and get some solutions to problems with them. Thats all I have, I hope it helps a little. |
