To ease removal of blackheads, I steam my face over a pan of just boiled water under a towel. The steaming opens the pores enough you can gently squeeze out the blackheads, or you can use a mask or Biore strips, and the steaming beforehand will make them more effective.
OR
You can use some natural remedies to treat it like cabbage juice because
cabbage juice is very effective in resolving the symptoms of blackheads.Cabbage juice tightens the skin pores by its astringent action. It also helps to resolve the swelling which is characteristic of all blackheads.

Rub it on your skin with your fingertips, paying special attention the problem areas. Leave to dry for about 15 minutes and then rinse off with cold water.
