hello....i just gone through that beauty tips community....really a fabulous one.....can u plzz giv me some tips regarding how to lose weight in less time...thanx a lot....hoping for a reply....keep doing the good work....take care.

Thanks for your kind comments. About weight loss, well dear you can't reduce weight in less time. because the faster you lose the quicker it will come back so its a rule for losing weight that it should be a gradually procedure. your body needs some time to adjust itself. It has to regulate itself to the new changes you make for weight loss.

The true secret to weight loss is a very simple one, although it can be a challenge. Just a few small changes that you make in your every-day lifestyle will help you lose the extra pounds without resorting to the expense (both financial and physical) of fad diets.

Try to eat in little quantities, you can eat 5 times a day, but in small portions. Stop eating junk food, ready made food, processed foods, deep fried foods, sweets, chocolates, cakes, all bakery items, whole full cream milk, instead of that you can take skimmed milk. Eat lots of fresh fruits, vegs, drink plenty of water and that should not be too cold, as chilled water is also known to increase weight.

Speed Up Metabolism its a very interesting article give it a look too and you will find some amazing facts on reducing weight.

Keep one thing in mind that weight lost through dieting finds its way back into your body. So make a routine in which you eat sensibly, not skipping meals, like most of the people dont have breakfast which is very bad for health dont do any such things. Join a gym and if you dont have time for that then do a brisk walk starting from 30 minutes daily and then gradually increasing to an hour. Walking is the best exercise.

Stress and weight gain are closely related. Stress can cause your adrenal glands to release adrenaline and cortisol into your bloodstream, which in turn can cause the body to conserve fat. Some home natural tips for weight loss:
-In the morning, half an hour before breakfast, Drink a glass of luke warm water, add in one lemon juice to it. This is very effective solution for losing weight. But be very regular.
-Incease your intake of fiber rich foods. They will help fill you up faster and will help all the food you eat pass through your digestive system more easily.
-Take 2tablespoons of Isbagol husk in a cup of warm water daily.
-To lose weight quickly, never skip a meal. Your first meal after waking starts your metabolism. Your metabolism then speeds up for about eight hours and then starts slowing down until you go to sleep when it goes to low until you wake and eat and start the cycle again. Skip breakfast and your metabolism doesn't get started until lunch time. You've just missed three or four hours of fat burning time. When you skip meals during the day, your metabolism also slows down. Weight loss through the burning of stored fat is all about eating enough of the right kinds of foods so you stay full and your metabolism stays as high as possible. Remember, if you feel hungry, your metabolism slows down. Stay full with healthy, nonfattening foods and your metabolism will continue to burn your stored fat as fast as your body will allow.

Success with a natural weight-loss approach doesn't equal quick results. By introducing long-term and lasting changes instead of drastic, unsustainable ones, you may lose weight more slowly — perhaps only a pound a week. Still, the more gradual the loss is, the more likely that the pounds will be gone for good.

well bina is totally right about the lemon drink in the morning i have been trying that and it really works. Laughing and exercising helps to burn fats and ur job becomes easier and also shapes up ur body. And Espagol husk too cleans the colon and removes toxics frm ur body.. so do that !!!

And 1 more thing i forgot 2 mention as bina said about not 2 take cold drinks/water at all ... thts true and one additional thing that is, in the night or any other time whenever u have had ur lunch in the day or night, buy a pack of green tea original of a good brand ... i use DILMAH its from srilanka and drink it with a lemon squeezed in it. Green tea helps to cut pounds and pounds of fat but doesnt mean that we increase the intake of food when green tea is doing its work. I prefer taking it in the night time and green tea helps curing alot of diseases too, its very effective !!! so do try !!!!

Eat smaller meals snack on raw veg and fruit drink plenty of water, fruit juice, herbal tea. Exercise, dioing something you like waling, swimming , yoga or try something new. Look at it as way to improve your health for the long term

Adding in some more recommended weight loss tip. That is to lose your weight healthily as mentioned above and after you know and feel that you have lost enough then try PILLATES exercise. It is available on Cd's in Cd stores as well as you can download it from net. It shapes up your body and tones it and also makes your body look lean and uprights your structure. So try it at home !

There is no such thing as spot reduction; i.e. training a certain area will not have a large effect on that area. The biggest problem is the problem that you have with your foot, since most exercises are weight bearing. You can try getting on a bike or elliptical trainer, but if it becomes painful then by all means stop. One of the best ideas is to start a pilates program. It will not cause you to put pressure one your foot, and should help sculpt your thigh and midsection area. However, you will still need to get rid of the fat that covers the areas. Pilates will help, but are nowhere near as effective as a cardio workout for reducing fat. If you find that you can do cardio, try starting out at 30 minutes a day, 3 days a week and see how your body responds. If you find that it responds positively, you can go 3-5 days/week for 30-60 minutes each day. It is important that you go for 20+ minutes every time; this is the point that your body switched from carbohydrate stores to fat stores as its main method of energy.
